Monster Concept

I had a concept that was inspired by the zombies from The Last of Us. However, the monster turns from a human when their blood is infected through any kind of fluid exchange (including a bite). Once their blood is a black fluid begins to build up and expunge all the blood from their body, this is the virus taking control. Then, the black goo oozes out from all orifices and often pools up in weird pustules, like the ones on this guy's back.
